Welcome to the Seer! The Seer is a RuneScape client created by Samarkov. It has many features, such as: Highscores Checking, a Music Player, a fully functional notepad, a Grand Exchange Item Database, your OWN TRN Profile, a revolutionary Mail System, and much MUCH more! Download Version 1.0 of the Seer's Installer!  Is this program Legal? Does it go against Jagex's rules? This program follows all of Jagex's rules and is not 3rd party cheating software. There is nothing in this program that will give you an unfair advantage at the game, that a quick Google Search wouldn't help with. However, we do have many other features, many which cannot be used through a Google Search ;). How to Install We use The Rune Network's "Install Manager" program to install all of our software. To use this, please extract the installer in a place you know is safe, and then run the installer. A window should appear with the text, "The Rune Network" on it. Click start to download this list of programs. Once downloaded, you will be free to download and install ANY of our software, provided you agree to the terms and conditions. Click Install once you've selected 'The Seer' and wait a moment. The Seer should now be installed on your computer. We hope you enjoy this RuneScape client!
